I started my career at the bench — running diagnostics, reading data, and learning what accurate results actually look like in a medical setting. Over the next three decades, that foundation took me to Director of Global Marketing at Becton Dickinson, one of the world's leading healthcare companies, where my job was translating complex science into clear, actionable information for clinicians worldwide.
